Live DTF printing, plus the rest of the customization menu
DTF is our core live method, but a good activation often mixes formats. Here is what a Merch Troop crew can stand up in a single footprint, all producing finished pieces in the room.
Live DTF heat pressing
Full-color direct-to-film transfers pressed onto shirts, hoodies, totes, and caps in about forty seconds each. Unlimited colors, photo detail, and instant design switching. This is what most of our event stations run.
Embroidery
For caps and premium apparel where a stitched finish matters. We pre-digitize logos and run embroidery alongside a DTF station when a program wants both textures.
Hat bar & patch application
A wall of blank caps — Richardson 112, Flexfit, dad hats — that guests customize with pressed DTF graphics or applied patches. A reliable crowd magnet next to the shirt press.
Laser engraving
Tumblers, bottles, and journals engraved on the spot. Pairs well with DTF apparel when you want a keepsake that isn't a shirt.
UV DTF stickers
Peel-and-stick full-color decals for laptops, phones, bottles, and cases. Fast, no heat needed, and a great low-commitment giveaway that still carries your art.
Screen printing
When a single design ships in high volume, screen printing can be the right call. It's one tool in the kit, not the headline — for most live floors, DTF keeps things faster and more flexible.

When a client asks for one station that can handle every design and every fabric a crowd throws at it, DTF is the answer. There are no screens to burn, no color counts to negotiate, and no dye-migration guessing on poly. We print the film, cure it, and the live crew simply presses.
That flexibility is why we lead with it. A brand activation might want its logo in six colors on a black hoodie in the morning and a limited photo print on a natural tee by afternoon — a DTF station does both without a reset.
