How much does live DTF printing cost?

There's no flat price for a live DTF station because no two events press the same volume over the same hours. What we can give you is a clear picture of what moves the number, so the quote you get makes sense.

The biggest lever is staffing and time. Crew covers setup, live pressing, breaks, and teardown, billed at roughly $250 per hour. A short reception needs far less than an all-day trade show. Volume ties in directly — the more prints per hour you expect, the more presses and operators run in parallel, which keeps your line short but adds crew.

Garments matter too. A standard Bella+Canvas or Gildan tee is one cost; heavyweight hoodies or premium blends are another. You can supply your own blanks or have us source them into the quote. Notably, DTF does not charge per color — a fifteen-color photo design presses at the same rate as a one-color logo, which is a real savings over screen printing for detailed art.

Finally, location. Local LA, OC, and SD events carry no travel fee; anything outside that radius adds a $900 travel fee, and nationwide programs are quoted with logistics folded in. Send us the date, city, guest count, and artwork and we'll turn those into a real number instead of a guess.
